چکیده

A multiple-partners assignment game with heterogeneous sales and multiunit demands consists of a set of sellers that own a given number of indivisible units of (potentially many di¤erent) goods and a set of buyers who value those units and want to buy at most an exogenously …xed number of units. We de…ne a competitive equilibrium for this generalized assignment game and prove its existence by using only linear programming. In particular, we show how to compute equilibrium price We thank Ester Camiña, John Hat…eld, and Alejandro Manelli for their very helpful comments. The work of D. Jaume and A. One-seller assignment markets with multi-unit demands: core and competitive equilibrium

We consider an assignment market with one seller who owns several indivisible heterogeneous goods and many buyers each willing to buy up to a given capacity. Our aim is to study the relationship between the core of the game and the set of competitive equilibria. The core is non-empty and it has a lattice structure which contains the allocation in which every buyer gets his marginal contribution...

By using these firm’s sales data, production data and price of each ton of UF cheese in nineteen work-periods (each work-period is 6 months), their sales equations are estimated for each work-pe...

Competitive Equilibria in Decentralized Matching with Incomplete Information

This paper shows that all perfect Bayesian equilibria of a dynamic matching game with two-sided incomplete information of independent private values variety converge to competitive equilibria. Buyers purchase a bundle of heterogeneous, indivisible goods and sellers own one unit of an indivisible good. Buyer preferences and endowments as well as seller costs are private information. Agents engag...
